Redesigning the boarding pass

Delta's realizing the importance of design in the customer experience. A new redesigned boarding pass follows a strict font-size hierarchy to emphasize the most important information at a glance, among other useful tweaks.

Boarding passes have long been the source of frustration for designers who see the potential in this little piece of paper that plays such an essential role in travel. Finally an airline has listened.
