A monitor that knows when you’re slouching

A new computer monitor from Philips, the ErgoSensor, gives feedback on whether you are sitting in an ergonomically correct position.
The monitor tracks whether you're sitting too close to the screen or your neck posture is incorrect, for example, so you can adjust the monitor accordingly. A built-in time-break reminder also lets you know when it's time to rest your eyes to avoid eyestrain. It saves energy too, knowing to shut down to conserve power when you're away.
