The Pantone Color of the Year
The Pantone color of the year for 2013 is Emerald 17-4651. Pantone praises the tone as “lively, radiant, and lush” and says the hue often represents “growth, renewal and prosperity”. The color experts have partnered with several fashion and interior designers to showcase upcoming projects in the deep green and have also created a Pinterest page full of emerald inspiration.
Emerald follows Tangerine Tango of 2012 and Honeysuckle of 2011.
